About Us

Who We Are

Prime Telematics FZ-LLC is a UAE-based telematics and IoT solutions provider, registered under the RAKEZ Free Zone. We work at the intersection of hardware engineering, cloud software, and field service — supplying GPS trackers, sensor systems, and fleet management platforms, then installing and supporting them ourselves rather than outsourcing the parts of the job that actually determine whether a system works reliably in the field.

The company was formed to close a gap we kept seeing across the UAE market: fleet operators buying tracking hardware but never getting the operational value out of it, because installation was inconsistent, platforms were generic, and support disappeared after the sale. Our approach is different. Every deployment starts with understanding how a specific business actually operates — a cold-chain distributor moving vaccines between Dubai and Abu Dhabi has completely different requirements from a construction company tracking idle excavators on a job site — and we configure hardware, sensors, and reporting around that reality rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

Our Mission

To give businesses across the UAE and the wider GCC complete, real-time command over their vehicles, cargo, and equipment — reducing loss, improving safety, and replacing guesswork with verified data.

Our Vision

To be recognized as the region's most technically capable and operationally reliable telematics partner, known not just for the hardware we install but for how well our systems perform months and years after installation day.

How We Are Different

Most telematics vendors sell a device and a login. Prime Telematics builds around the full lifecycle of the problem. When we install a fuel sensor on a fuel truck operating in the harsh conditions of a UAE summer, we calibrate it for that specific tank geometry and fuel type rather than shipping a generic default. When we set up cold-chain monitoring for a pharmaceutical distributor, we configure threshold alerts around the actual compliance standards that distributor is audited against, not a generic temperature band. That level of configuration is what separates a tracking device from a system a business can actually run operations on.

Industries We Serve

Our systems are deployed across sectors where vehicle and asset visibility directly affects cost, safety, or compliance:

Logistics and freight transport

Operators use our platform to manage large mixed fleets, verify delivery timelines, and reduce fuel-related losses that quietly erode margins on high-mileage routes.

Cold chain and pharmaceutical distribution

Businesses rely on our temperature and humidity monitoring to protect vaccine shipments, frozen food, and medical supplies, and to produce the audit trails regulators and clients expect.

Construction and heavy equipment

Companies use asset tracking and geofencing to keep expensive machinery accounted for across multiple job sites, where theft and unauthorized use are recurring cost centers.

Public transport and school transportation

Operators use our tracking, RFID, and video systems to give parents and authorities confidence that routes are being followed and children are boarding and disembarking safely.

Oil, gas, and field services

Companies operating in remote desert and offshore locations depend on rugged, long-battery-life trackers that keep reporting even where cellular coverage is inconsistent.

Car rental and leasing companies

Companies use geofencing, immobilization, and usage reporting to protect their vehicle assets and enforce rental agreement terms automatically.

Government and municipal fleets

Fleets use our systems for accountability reporting, fuel audit trails, and route compliance across street cleaning, waste collection, and public works vehicles.

Courier and last-mile delivery

Businesses use live tracking and route data to give end customers accurate delivery windows and to optimize driver routing during high-volume periods.

Frequently Asked Question

A telematics system combines GPS tracking, vehicle diagnostics, sensors, and cloud software to provide real-time visibility into your fleet. It helps businesses monitor vehicles, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance driver safety.

GPS tracking devices installed in vehicles transmit live location, speed, route history, ignition status, and other operational data to a secure online platform that fleet managers can access from any internet-connected device.

Yes. Our GPS tracking solutions provide nationwide coverage across the UAE, helping businesses monitor vehicles operating in cities, highways, remote areas, and industrial zones.

Our solutions are ideal for logistics, transportation, construction, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, food delivery, courier services, school transportation, government fleets, rental companies, and many other industries.

GPS tracking reduces unnecessary mileage, fuel consumption, idle time, unauthorized vehicle usage, and route inefficiencies, helping businesses improve overall fleet productivity.

Yes. Our fuel monitoring solutions use calibrated fuel sensors to detect sudden fuel loss, unauthorized siphoning, excessive idling, and unusual fuel consumption patterns in real time.

Cold chain monitoring continuously tracks the temperature and humidity inside refrigerated vehicles to ensure pharmaceuticals, vaccines, food products, and other temperature-sensitive cargo remain within required limits.

A geofence is a virtual boundary created around a location such as a warehouse, customer site, or restricted area. The system automatically sends alerts whenever a vehicle enters or leaves that designated zone.

Yes. The system records speeding, harsh braking, aggressive acceleration, sharp cornering, excessive idling, and other driving events to generate driver safety scores and improve fleet performance.

Yes. Our AI-enabled dash cameras detect distracted driving, mobile phone usage, drowsiness, unsafe following distance, and other risky behaviors while recording video evidence for incident investigations.

Absolutely. We provide battery-powered GPS trackers for trailers, generators, machinery, containers, and other valuable assets that may not have a permanent power source.

Yes. Authorized fleet managers can remotely disable a vehicle's ignition after it has safely stopped, helping recover stolen vehicles and prevent unauthorized use.
